The SMD-5500 is a wide-band triple balanced mixer designed for up and down converter applications. The LO and RF frequency band covers 500 MHz to 6000 MHz and IF bandwidth from 50 to 2500 MHz. The typical conversion loss is 9.5 dB across the specified bandwidth. It delivers +18 dBm of IIP3 from a +13 dBm LO drive level in a industry standard package measuring 0.5x0.375x0.16 inches.
