Noise eXtended Technologies (NoiseXT) is pleased to announce today that it completed the acquisition of the industrial activity of Europtest SAS, which was a subsidiary of Aeroflex Inc.
NoiseXT, founded by all the Europtest ex-employees in October 2009, is starting today its well experienced and world known Phase Noise product line based on the Europtest designs. We will keep designing, manufacturing, supporting and selling those same products. We will also offer new innovative products for our dear customers in the close future.

We would like to remind you that our DCNTS (Dual Core Noise Test System) is the highest performance Phase Noise Test Set on the market as its dynamic range reaches the thermal noise limit thanks to its excellent cross-correlation scheme of operation.
Our PN9000 stays of course the reference solution in many high accuracy and spur-free requirements. Its High Resolution version is the most accurate and highest dynamic range instrument for phase noise spurious testing with sub-hertz resolution.

Cost-Effective VCOs Replace Power-Hungry YIGs
Due to demand for low-phase-noise sources, and knowing the limitations of YIG oscillators, the design engineers of Synergy Microwave developed a novel patent-pending oscillator topology based on multi-coupled-slow-wave (MCSW) planar resonators. The approach supports multi-octave tuning in a small package, and is compatible with IC fabrication processes. The novel topology allows for a substantial reduction in phase noise by dynamically optimizing impedance transfer function and coupling factor across the guided distributed medium of the planar multicoupled network.
